Vikas Madnani (Founder Director)

Vikas is Bachelor in Pharmacy from Indore and Master in Business Administration from Mumbai. He has experience of working with multinational companies like CNBC Awaaz, Radio City and Bloomberg UTV. After spending 9 years in metro cities, he realized that small towns specially tier 3 and tier 4 towns like Neemuch lack quality education. The desire to make a meaningful contribution to society is a goal which can drive you to accomplish something great and that is the case with Vikas. He is very much aware of the need to give children a good head start in life. That led him to envision a vibrant Pre- school – Creative Minds.

Creative Minds Pre-School is an outgrowth of his love for children and his commitment to set up an exemplary institution which not only imparts excellent education but which also works tirelessly in developing universal human values in its students.

Sneha Madnani (Co-Founder)

Sneha is Bachelor in Science and Bachelor in Education from Mumbai. She has experience of working with various schools at pre primary, primary and higher secondary level.

Her experience with various schools made her understand the missing link of quality pre-schooling at an affordable cost. She is an active contributor to the special curriculum that is being followed at Creative Minds Pre-School. According to her, there is no denial to the need for quality education in India. Only a literate, critically thinking young population will be able to ensure a balanced and sustainable growth in the country. Schools are the primary platform for delivering this. Sneha and her husband Vikas’ love for kids made their dream come true to mould next generation through this venture – Creative Minds.
